Job summary

Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, is hiring a Senior Account Executive, Manufacturing, to own and grow a strategic portfolio of enterprise accounts in the Swiss manufacturing sector. You will lead a large, distributed account team and serve as the executive-level owner of the customer relationship.

You will set the global account strategy and drive the full sales cycle from expansion to winning new strategic customers.

Qualifications

• Proven record of solution and technology selling in strategic/global accounts.
• Knowledge of the priorities of large manufacturing enterprises.
• Ability to build senior relationships and negotiate complex, high-value deals.
• Fluency in English and German; French is a strong advantage for this role in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Define, co-own, and execute global account strategies that maximize long-term revenue potential.
• Build and sustain trusted executive relationships across new buyers and business domains.
• Orchestrate the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation through contract close with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver accurate, disciplined forecasts and represent Salesforce to executives.
• Mentor and influence colleagues across the extended account team.
