Job summary

Nuna is seeking a Customer & Consumer Service Representative for After Sales to support customers in Switzerland and Europe. You will handle order entry in SAP, assist with product and service inquiries by email and phone, and assess complaints and warranty decisions.

Qualifications

Completed commercial or equivalent vocational training.
Experience in customer service, ideally in after-sales or complaint management.
German and English language skills essential; Italian and/or French would be a plus.
Independent, structured, and reliable working style.

Responsibilities

Order entry in SAP.
Support customers via email and telephone on product and service matters.
Assess and decide on complaints and warranty claims (repair, replacement, or exchange).
Order spare parts and coordinate with the warehouse.
Analyze customer feedback to improve service processes and standards.
Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing.
Utilize and develop the Zendesk ticket system.
