Accelleron is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d) in Baden, Switzerland, to manage order processing within the High Speed Division. You will ensure a smooth order-to-cash cycle, coordinate forecasts in SAP, and partner with logistics for on‑time deliveries.

English proficiency is essential; SAP experience (R/3 SD, S4) and MS Excel/Power BI skills are highly valued. This role offers a modern office with flexible working arrangements.

Formación

• Commercial or technical apprenticeship with a bachelor’s degree preferred in economics or related field.
• Multiple years of professional experience in order processing or related roles.
• Proficient in English; other languages advantageous.
• Experience with SAP R/3 SD (and SAP S4 preferred).
• Interest in turbochargers or technology a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth customer experience from order to cash.
• Import monthly evaluated customer forecasts into SAP and align production/logistics with customer needs.
• Enter every customer order accurately in SAP, technically and commercially.
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively follow up for on-time fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer platforms for accuracy and reliability.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams via clear communication.
• Handle complaints and carrier claims with professionalism and fairness.
• Keep customers informed on order progress and resolve issues.
• Coordinate transport orders with forwarders via EDI and maintain contacts.
• Prepare customs and shipping documents; ensure compliant exports.
• Use data to identify service and efficiency improvements; contribute to initiatives.
• Track outstanding payments and work toward timely resolution.
