Job summary

Accelleron Switzerland Ltd. seeks an Order Processing professional for its Baden, Switzerland office. You will manage an end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, entering orders in SAP, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring timely deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires German and English fluency, SAP SD and ideally S/4HANA experience, and strong Excel & Power BI skills. You will work in a cross-functional team focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• German and English skills are a must.
• Several years of professional experience in order processing.
• Experience in SAP R/3 SD; preferably in S/4HANA.
• MS Excel and Power BI skills are required.
• Strong coordination andCommunication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers through the order-to-cash process.
• Import monthly evaluated customer forecasts into SAP and align production/logistics.
• Ensure orders are entered accurately in SAP, technically and commercially.
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up proactively for timely fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer platforms to keep data current and reliable.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
