Job summary

bNovate Technologies SA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Ecublens to nurture existing customers, handle quotes and orders, and support account growth. You’ll work closely with Sales, manage renewals, and ensure accurate invoicing and delivery terms.

Fluent French and English are required, with German a plus. CRM/ERP experience is expected; you’ll coordinate shipments across regions and maintain a single view of each customer in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English; German is a strong plus.
• Experience in customer service, customer success, account coordination or sales back-office, ideally with B2B technical products.
• Comfortable with CRM and ERP systems.
• You enjoy talking to customers, listen carefully and like finding the right solution for them.
• You're comfortable with commercial conversations such as renewals, quotes and pricing.
• Organised, rigorous and calm under tight order deadlines.
• Autonomous and a real team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotes and service contracts together with Sales and Service.
• Process purchase orders and ensure every detail is right, from configuration through pricing to delivery terms.
• Coordinate fulfilment with Supply Chain, and organise shipments and customs for Europe, North America and the Middle East.
• Manage service and repair cases with the Service team, including logistics and invoicing.
• Answer customer questions by phone and email, and be the customer's go-to contact.
• Manage service contract renewals. Reach out early, remind customers of value, and assist renewals.
• Spot needs such as contract upgrades or more consumables; coordinate with Sales as needed.
• Coordinate demo instruments for trials, loans and trade fairs, and follow up after a demo.
• Keep the CRM up to date so the whole team shares one view of every customer.
