• Support B2B customers, Export Manager, Sales Representative, and Distributors through inside sales support with premium service.
• Check, record, process, and monitor customer orders (electronic, telephone, written).
• Coordinate logo business orders in Mainland Europe.
• Process returns, credit notes, and incorrect deliveries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide customer sales advice, including order and delivery statistics, availability, and product information.
• Provide flexible support across the Customer Service team based on workload.
