Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an ECS Account Executive for the Swiss market to manage a high-volume pipeline across medium and small enterprises in Switzerland, collaborating with senior Account Executives to accelerate growth.

You will use solution selling, build strategic partnerships, and drive value-based proposals to win opportunities while aligning with Salesforce's values and Switzerland sales goals. This role is based in Zürich and supports the Enterprise Corporate Sales team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in quota-carrying sales.
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
• Experience selling SaaS/CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, coordinating with Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing, and Partners as needed.
• Use solution selling to address customer needs, build long-term partnerships, and position Salesforce solutions with ROI analyses.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and exceed monthly/quarterly targets in Switzerland.
• Partner with senior Account Executives to develop enterprise sales skills and contribute to Salesforce growth in the region.
