Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an ECS Account Executive for the Swiss market. You will manage a high volume of opportunities across enterprise customers, partnering with senior Account Executives to drive growth and develop your enterprise sales skills.

You should be self-driven, curious, coachable, with a foundation in solution selling and a passion for building long-term partnerships. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Proven track record in SaaS/CRM sales and solution selling.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close with cross-functional support.
• Respond to customer needs with value-based selling and ROI analysis.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and exceed targets in Switzerland.
• Partner with senior Account Executives to develop enterprise sales skills and regional growth.
