Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Named Account Executive in Switzerland to own enterprise accounts within the Swiss Technology, Services and Public Sector industries. The role sits in the Swiss Tech & Services Enterprise Sales team, requiring collaboration with solution, industry and technical specialists.

You will build account strategies, manage the full sales cycle and drive growth across the Salesforce platform. Some international travel is required and the role is based in the Zurich area.

Qualifications

• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in direct sales of technology solutions.
• Experience building and maintaining territory and account plans, and forecasting weekly in a CRM.
• Fluent in German and English; able to explain AI/SaaS business value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute long-term account plans that align with each customer's business objectives.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from lead qualification through negotiation and close.
• Coordinate internal teams, partners and cloud specialists to meet customer needs.
• Present the Salesforce value proposition to new and existing customers to grow your assigned accounts.
