Job summary

Salesforce in Lausanne, Switzerland is seeking an experienced enterprise software sales professional to lead the full sales cycle for CPQ, CLM, or related revenue-management solutions. You will engage executive stakeholders and position complex technology to transform revenue operations.

You’ll collaborate with solution engineers, customer success, and product specialists to craft compelling proposals and demos, and consistently exceed revenue targets across Switzerland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on CPQ, CLM, or revenue management.
• Fluent in German and English; French is advantageous.
• Experience navigating multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for Revenue Management solutions across a defined territory in Switzerland.
• Build senior-level relationships, understand customers' revenue operations challenges, and position solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with solution engineers, customer success, and product specialists to deliver proposals and demonstrations.
• Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
