Zusammenfassung

Cloudera is hiring a Sales Account Executive for Switzerland (Zurich area) to empower customers with data-driven insights. You will own enterprise accounts, develop territory plans, win new logos and ensure customer success across the Swiss German market.

The role requires leading multi-million-dollar deals, building cross-functional teams, and driving pipeline while traveling within Switzerland and Europe as needed. Fluency in German and English is essential, French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Deep understanding of the Swiss enterprise landscape.
• Proven experience selling into public sector and manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Data Management, Data Lifecycle, Data Warehousing and Data Lakehouse.
• Familiarity with Enterprise AI/ML workloads, Hybrid/Multi-Cloud, Containers and Kubernetes.
• Ability to travel within Switzerland and across Europe as needed.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.

• Align with strategic objectives and grow revenue and market share at designated Enterprise accounts.
• Develop and deliver territory business plans to address priorities and needs.
• Win new account logos and drive overall customer success for these accounts.
• Build consensus and relationships at multiple levels – executives, influencers and decision makers.
• Lead large-scale transactions to close multi-million-dollar deals.
• Build pipeline, forecast, lead the internal team and communicate updates.
• Exceed quarterly and annual targets for software subscriptions, renewals and services.
