Salesforce in Switzerland seeks a Sales Leader for Data Foundation to manage Enterprise and Commercial Account Executives, steering go-to-market initiatives and revenue growth across Informatica and MuleSoft. You will drive a high-impact team and shape the Swiss market strategy with a focus on enterprise customers.

You will engage with C-level executives, coach a diverse team, and drive accurate pipeline and forecast reporting to strengthen our Swiss market presence.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Data Foundation Switzerland sales team, driving pipeline generation, opportunity identification, and revenue growth across the Informatica and MuleSoft portfolio
• Lead, recruit, and develop a team of Account Executives — providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to maintain high closure rates and quota attainment
• Engage at C-level in customer organisations, supporting Account Executives in client meetings and coordinating internal resources including specialists, solution engineering, and executive stakeholders
• Deliver accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting to Area Sales Management, while consistently elevating the quality and consistency of team sales activities
