KWS Suisse SA in Switzerland is seeking a dedicated Specialist (m/f/d) in Customer Service & Contact Management. You will serve as the primary liaison for farmers, trading partners, and internal teams, handling inquiries via phone, email, and the myKWS platform.

The role emphasizes data accuracy in Salesforce, coordination of international logistics, and SAP-based processes. A commercial background with CRM experience, plus language proficiency in German, French, and English, is required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in administration.
• Several years of professional experience in customer service, internal sales, or administration.
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Training or professional experience in the agricultural sector is a plus.

Aufgaben

• First point of contact for farmers, trading partners, and internal stakeholders by telephone, e-mail, and via the myKWS platform.
• Support and coordination of general administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintenance, management, and optimization of customer data in the CRM system Salesforce.
• Coordination and handling of international deliveries, transports, as well as customs and export formalities.
• Processing orders and supporting administrative processes in SAP S/4HANA.
