Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial/business administration training or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in customer service, sales support, or administration.
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Education or experience in agriculture is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working.
• Strong customer focus and enjoy working with customers and partners.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness for occasional travel within Switzerland and abroad (~10%).
• German, French and English at least C1.

Aufgaben

• Act as the first point of contact for farmers, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and the myKWS platform.
• Support and coordinate general administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain and optimize customer data in Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate international shipments and export formalities.
• Process orders and support SAP S/4HANA related tasks.
