Qualifikationen

• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Act as the first point of contact for farmers, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and the myKWS platform.
• Support and coordinate general administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain and optimize customer data within Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate international shipments and export formalities.
