Zusammenfassung

KWS Suisse SA is seeking a CRM Specialist (m/w/d) with 40-60% workload to serve as the main point of contact for customers, farmers, and partners across Switzerland. You will manage CRM data, support orders, and coordinate shipments in SAP S/4HANA, collaborating with internal teams and international units.

The role requires commercial training, several years in customer service or sales support, and fluency in German, French, and English (C1).

Qualifikationen

• Must have commercial/business administration training or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and data management.
• Professional proficiency in German, French, and English (C1 or higher).

Aufgaben

• Serve as first point of contact for farmers, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and the myKWS platform.
• Coordinate administrative and operational tasks and maintain customer data in Salesforce.
• Process orders and support administrative processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate international shipments and export formalities within Switzerland and abroad.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and data quality.
