Job summary

Diptyque Paris is hiring a Store Manager for our first Zurich boutique, starting January 2027. You will report to the Export Sales Department and collaborate with the Europe Area Manager to drive performance and daily boutique operations.

You will lead the new team, manage stock and events, maintain brand standards, and deliver exceptional service to an international clientele in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting a team; ability to develop and mentor staff.
• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on luxury client experience.
• Analytical mindset for performance reporting and action plans.
• Proactive in organizing local events and partnerships.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and HQ.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance with sales levers and action plans.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Maintain client database and propose loyalty initiatives using CRM.
• Coordinate marketing actions with HQ and execute in-store events.
• Lead store operations: stock management, admin, deliveries, supplies.
• Oversee merchandising, brand image, and customer service standards.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for business cycles.
• Build a collaborative, high-performing team through daily briefings and reviews.
