Job summary

Hermès is seeking a Store Manager in Zürich to lead a diverse team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive commercial success. You will recruit, coach, and align team members with strategic objectives while developing a highly demanding local and international clientele.

You will oversee purchasing cycles, stock flows, and in-store events, ensuring impeccable store condition and adherence to internal procedures. Strong German/English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience managing a commercial entity and leading diverse teams.
• Very good oral and written communication in German and English; French is a plus.
• Strong focus on achieving results with high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the store team to achieve objectives and deliver exceptional service.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members in collaboration with HR.
• Drive purchasing four times a year based on sales analysis and clientele knowledge.
• Optimize stock management and store operations in collaboration with the Operations Department.
• Engage with Swiss and Polish retail communities and report on activities.
