Moncler seeks a Store Operations Manager in Zurich to lead operational support, optimize performance, and assist the sales team in maximizing store results. You will oversee stock, back-of-house activities, and compliance with store procedures, while driving efficiency and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, inventory expertise, and fluency in Swiss German and English, with a passion for luxury retail excellence and team development.

Qualifications

• Initial managerial experience in luxury/retail environments; international experience is a plus.
• Degree or specialization in retail management, financial operations, after-sales service, or customer relationship management is appreciated.
• Strong expertise in inventory management and back-of-house operations.
• Team leadership, recruitment, and talent development capabilities.
• Fluent in Swiss German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional after-sales service by handling returns and complaints empathetically while driving loyalty and sales.
• Define and monitor KPIs to optimize results and achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Implement and continuously improve processes for efficient workflows.
• Oversee stock replenishment, inventory tracking, and supply management.
• Manage Back of House: shipments, stock management, and a clean, safe workspace.
• Coordinate team efforts and clearly assign responsibilities to achieve objectives.
• Ensure all equipment and IT tools essential to boutique performance are functioning.
