Job summary

Hermès (Suisse) SA in Genève is seeking a Store Manager to lead a diverse team and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining peak store operations. You will recruit and develop staff, manage stock levels, and drive local and international client engagement.

You will collaborate with HR, Operations, and Communications to organize events, optimize processes, and grow the store's market presence in a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store team and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to recruit, onboard and develop staff with HR collaboration.
• Strong business sense with capability to analyze sales and customer data.
• Proven ability to manage stock and in-store operations efficiently.
• Fluency in English; French is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the store team to achieve objectives and provide excellent service to customers and visitors.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members in collaboration with HR and conduct performance reviews when necessary.
• Oversee stock management, merchandising, and in-store operations to optimize customer experience.
• Collaborate with departments to analyze performance and communicate strategy to the team.
• Engage in Swiss and Polish retail meetings and report activities to management.
