Qualifications

• First confirmed experience as a Sales Advisor in the Perfume & Cosmetics/Beauty/Luxury sector.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model for customer service, client experience, and loyalty.
• Present brand universe and products through storytelling and sales ceremonies.
• Develop product knowledge to offer relevant recommendations.
• Drive commercial performance and hit sales targets.
• Contribute to boutique performance via various levers and reporting.
• Maintain client database and propose loyalty initiatives using CRM.
