Job summary

Diptyque Paris Zurich is seeking a Sales Advisor to welcome customers, convey the brand universe, and build loyalty through storytelling and personalized recommendations.

You will contribute to boutique performance, maintain client records in our CRM, support stock management, and assist with daily operations while representing the brand image with elegance and attentiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Advisor in the Perfume/Beauty/Luxury sector.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, empathy and active listening skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; comfortable with digital tools in-store.
