Job summary

Diptyque in Zürich is seeking a Customer Experience Sales Advisor to welcome, advise, and build customer loyalty while showcasing our brand universe and fragrances. You will deliver the Diptyque storytelling during a unique in-store experience and maintain impeccable boutique presentation.

The role requires first-hand experience in luxury perfume/beauty retail, fluency in German and English, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• First confirmed experience as a Sales Advisor in the Perfume & Cosmetics/Beauty/Luxury sector.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and build customer loyalty in the boutique.
• Present brand universe and products through storytelling.
• Develop product knowledge to offer relevant recommendations to each client.
• Contribute to the boutique’s performance by driving sales and hitting targets.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Maintain client database and propose loyalty initiatives using CRM.
• Relay information to retail management and head office teams.
• Support stock management, replenishment, and stockroom organization.
