You will manage stock, streamline processes, and mentor the team to ensure an outstanding client experience in German and English.

Fluency in Swiss German and English is required; experience in luxury retail and strong digital skills with MS Office are advantageous for successful daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• Managerial experience in luxury or retail environments is preferred.
• A degree/specialization in retail management, financial operations, after-sales, or CRM is appreciated.
• Strong expertise in inventory management.
• Team leadership, recruitment, and talent development capabilities.
• Fluent in Swiss German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong digital mindset with MS Office and experience with payment/inventory systems.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional after-sales service by handling returns, exchanges, and complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning interactions into loyalty and sales opportunities.
• Define and monitor KPIs to optimize results and drive operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and smooth, day-to-day operations.
• Implement and continuously improve operational processes for efficient workflows.
• Oversee stock replenishment, inventory tracking, and supply management to maintain optimal levels.
• Manage Back of House: coordinate shipments, stock management, and a clean, safe workspace; position products for sales.
• Organize team efforts with clear delegation to achieve objectives.
• Ensure all equipment and IT tools essential to boutique performance are functioning.
