The Opportunity

Business is booming at Flexspring. We seek an experienced and bilingual Project Manager to join our all-star Delivery team. If you love to proactively solve problems, flawlessly plan and execute projects, collaborate with a young, motivated, and diverse team, and work in a fast-paced environment, then we would like to meet you.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for scheduling and leading status meetings, requirements gathering sessions, and other ad hoc meetings.
2. Develop project scopes, objectives, and project timelines, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
3. Document business requirements, processes, and workflows; build data mapping templates and data visualizations for the client to understand the complete flow of the integration.
4. Support the deployment, adoption, and scaling of solutions developed for the client.
5. Coordinate internal technical consultants and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
6. Identify upsell opportunities during the integration projects and draft Change Requests for approval.

Required Skills and Attributes

• CEGE or College Diploma equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management; or a closely related field and 2-3 years of job-related experience in an information technology environment focused on HR systems.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously that often have competing timelines and deadlines within budget and project scope.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
• A proven track record in client engagement and demonstrated exceptional delivery and problem-solving skills.
• Strong background in gathering business requirements and developing data maps for integrations, including Oracle HCM.
• Experience in developing project plans to manage resources within budget and scope.
• Strong problem-solving skills, both technical and business.
• Self-aware, motivated, coachable, with the ability to collaborate with all team members.

Nice to Have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute or a similarly recognized organization.
• Experience with HR/Financial data integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Languages such as French, Spanish, Arabic, or others.
