As of October 15, 2024, Loblaw has adopted a hybrid working model, combining working from the office and remotely. Colleagues will work remotely up to 1 day a week and spend the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit).

We are hiring an Analyst, Loyalty & Consumer Insights. Reporting to the Senior Analyst, this role involves providing analysis and recommendations to support high-profile initiatives at Shoppers Drug Mart and Joe Fresh.

• Support the execution of loyalty campaigns at Shoppers Drug Mart and Joe Fresh
• Support the development of loyalty offer strategy to maximize sales and profit
• Deliver weekly reports on campaign performance and KPIs
• Assist marketing and digital teams with ad-hoc analysis and customer data insights
• Synthesize data from various sources to deliver actionable insights

• University degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Experience in retail, CPG, consumer finance, or telecommunications is an asset
• Ability to analyze large datasets and extract insights
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Business acumen
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Access, SQL, Python (an asset)
