As of October 15, 2024Loblaw has adopted the following Hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit).

We are hiring a Quo Beauty Product Development Intern

This role is to support the Quo Beauty Team with product and artwork development and marketing projects. The Quo Beauty Product Development Intern will work closely across the team to assist with project execution in support of on-time product launches and coordination of efficient product transitions.

Duties:

  • Work with the Product Managers (PMs) and Product Developer (PD) to ensure on-time and on-strategy delivery of innovation and updates to existing products
  • Support the PD to review new products as part of the Quality Release process
  • Work with Marketing & PR to coordinate samples for various projects such as campaign shoots, PR boxes and social media posts
  • Assist the team with the artwork circulation and signoff process both internally and with vendor partners
  • Assist with the collection of e-commerce assets including high resolution product images and romance copy templates
  • Support the team in preparing for events and new launches by coordinating samples and helping to prepare product educational materials

Skills and Experience:

  • Passion and curiosity about the Beauty industry and key trends
  • Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong work ethic with a passion for detail and accuracy
  • Uses creativity and collaboration to solve problems and to create efficiencies
  • Computer skills to produce effective spreadsheets, reports, documents, and presentations, as required
  • Database management
