Our Ottawa office, consisting of approximately 20 team members, works with clients in Healthcare, Post-Secondary Education, Science and Technology, and Civic sectors. We seek Co-op students who are self-motivated learners, possess strong communication skills, work well in teams, and are eager to contribute innovative ideas towards a sustainable future.
Responsibilities:
The Co-op student will collaborate with the Lead Architect and team members on various tasks throughout the design and construction process. Tasks may include assisting in schematic design, design development, and contract documents such as floor plans, elevations, details, sections, and schedules; producing 3D views, renderings, and VR walkthroughs; applying architectural procedures; performing architectural assignments independently under supervision; supporting contract administration duties; attending site visits and client meetings; documenting discussions; and engaging in architectural design exercises and other duties.
