Your opportunity:
The Product Lead, Salesforce Student Advising is a key role within the Salesforce Services team, reporting to the Manager, Salesforce Services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support the ongoing development of the University of Toronto’s Salesforce-based Student Advising Service, as well as other strategic initiatives built on the Salesforce platform.
Working closely with a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, designers, and stakeholders, the successful candidate will take ownership of the advising product area, ensuring its alignment with institutional goals and user needs. This role combines hands-on Salesforce administration with project coordination and analysis leadership, driving forward enhancements, supporting system evolution, and contributing to impactful digital solutions.
