A fresh grocery retailer in Oakville, Ontario, is seeking a team-oriented individual to assist in achieving departmental goals. You will provide exceptional customer service, support team development, and manage floor operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, 1+ year of supervisory experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both English and French is considered a plus, along with flexibility in scheduling including weekends and holidays.

This position is responsible for assisting the Department Manager in the achievement of company, store and department goals as communicated by the Store Manager and Department Manager. The performance of the duties must ensure a quality service approach to all employees, customers and suppliers. All responsibilities must be performed in a manner consistent with the Farm Boy Way.
