Description du poste

Draw up the center's timetable, taking into account relevant factors such as course options, student course choices, teaching fields, pedagogical regime, available premises, group formation rules, teaching periods, and other constraints such as the dispersion of premises.
Submit grids to management and make any requested changes.
Collect data required for student registration and course selection.
Design and adapt forms for this purpose.
Ensure that forms are returned once completed
Make corrections as agreed, and produce the various statistics needed to draw up a timetable.
Using appropriate software, carry out analyses, extractions, specific operations and reports to enable controls or to comply with the procedure laid down for subjects such as enrolment management, production of report cards and study sanctions, financing, accounting, budgeting, pupil overruns, permanent pupil codes, pupil absences, supply teaching, failures, and various other lists or reports for transmission, in particular to the Ministry.
Maintain student records.
Provide training and support on school organization procedures and the use of various software programs to those involved in these operations.
May be called upon to respond to requests for information from other stakeholders in the school, school board or students.
May be called upon to initiate less experienced technicians, and to coordinate the work of support staff in the tasks they perform in carrying out the technical operations programs for which they are responsible.
As required, she performs any other related tasks.

Hold a college diploma in Techniques de l'administration générale
Hold a college diploma in techniques appropriate to the job class
Hold a diploma or attestation of studies whose equivalence is recognized by the competent authority.
1. Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
2. Experience in a similar role will be considered a strong asset.
3. Knowledge of the Jade, Charlemagne, Gexamine and Admission FP platforms will be considered an important asset.
4. Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel, as well as SmartSheet.
5. Excellent organizational, analytical and prioritization skills.
6. Demonstrate a good level of autonomy
7. Demonstrate a collaborative approach and good communication skills.
8. Ability to manage stress.

The recruitment process will include administrative tests.

$25.96 - $33.58 per hour
