Our client, a well-established regional law firm with offices across Canada, is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator with law firm experience to oversee the operations of three offices. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of law firm environments and be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties across multiple locations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day office management.
As the Office Administrator, you will play a key role in various administrative functions including website management, office supplies and inventory, event planning, IT support, building management, travel arrangements, and much more. You will act as the main point of contact for suppliers and service providers, coordinate the delivery of essential resources, and handle important administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and managing subscriptions.
