This role focuses on driving sales growth with strategic distributors and retailers while managing key accounts. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience, especially within the grocery sector, a strong ability to build relationships, and proficient skills in Microsoft Office. This position offers a hybrid work setup with regular travel requirements.

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth with our strategic distributors and Western specialty and retail accounts. Key strategic accounts in multiple provinces. Expanding all business’ while penetrating the Finica portfolio. The role involves building strong relationships with customers and wholesalers sales teams, negotiating promotional activity, developing and owning specific customer JBP’s. Improving store distributions, presenting and gaining NPD listings, while driving growth and delivering on monthly & annual KPI’s. The Key Account Manager will manage current customer accounts and explore new business opportunities.
