Overview: General Manager (GM)
General Managers at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, oversee daily operations to ensure a great Guest experience while achieving goals and budget expectations. This role requires exceptional communication skills, leadership experience, and organizational abilities to support a dynamic team. The GM must be passionate about developing and motivating team members and recognizing star performers.
In addition to enhancing Guest and team member experiences, the GM will attract Guests through marketing, advertising, and community relations programs. They are responsible for ensuring that Guests and team members have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish.
