Brandt is currently seeking a Territory Manager - Construction for our Kamloops region. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing customer accounts. You will develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with Brandt’s goals, supported by a top-tier support organization. Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with both new and existing customers, following market trends and discovering leads.
  2. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular interactions within your territory.
  3. Understand, position, and sell the full line of GeoPositioning products offered by the company.
  4. Meet all sales targets and performance indicators.
  5. Complete all sales documentation accurately and promptly.
  6. Develop sales plans, marketing, and promotional strategies for your territory.
  7. Prepare customer status reports, including sales call activity, closures, follow-ups, and prospect reports as required.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
