A local dining establishment in Hope is seeking a full-time staff supervisor to ensure quality food service and manage team responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and a high school diploma, focusing on quality control and staff training. The position offers a competitive wage of $20.45 per hour with 30 to 35 hours of work weekly. Only candidates eligible to work in Canada will be considered, as this role must be performed on-site.

- Work must be completed at the physical location with no remote option.

- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Supervise 3-4 people and coordinate staff.
