We’re working with a major law firm now offering a unique opportunity for a senior associate to join their Corporate team, which has experienced considerable growth in the last couple of years. The practice is predominantly private company M&A, private equity, financing, and general corporate transactional. Ideally you will have the ability to run a private M&A deal or corporate re-organisation, and you’ll be afforded considerable autonomy to take carriage of transactions, with outstanding support and mentorship from expert partners. Corporate finance experience is also helpful, either equity or debt. It’s a terrific opportunity to join a great team, in a senior role, on a strong career track.
