You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks. As the Director of Sales Operations, Process Transformation and AI Program Management, you will be a key leader to enhance sales productivity, revenue generation and customer experience using AI solutions. This role will focus on leveraging technology, with a strong emphasis on Artificial Intelligence (AI), implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organization. You will champion the simplification of sales processes, adoption of AI-powered solutions to automate tasks, and generate actionable insights that drive sales performance.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
