Remote Genomics NGS Field SME – Northeast

A leading genomics company is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for the Northeast region to support the sales team with technical knowledge of their products and applications in Genomics & NGS Workflow. This remote role involves collaborating with sales executives to drive and close sales, conducting demonstrations, and sharing market intelligence. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a relevant academic background. The position offers an estimated salary range of $88,000 - $168,000 USD, subject to location and experience.

Qualifications
- Direct experience with NGS Workflow including lab molecular biology products.
- Previous working knowledge in a Commercial Technical support role within a related environment is highly sought.
- Localized knowledge of Great Lakes region healthcare system/diagnostic market is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both commercial & technical stakeholders.
Responsabilités
- Partner with Sales Executives to support and close sales opportunities.
- Deliver platform demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Provide expert knowledge across SOPHiA GENETICS products and applications.
- Gather and share competitive market intelligence to support product development.
