Qualifications

• Direct experience with NGS Workflow including lab molecular biology products.
• Previous working knowledge in a Commercial Technical support role within a related environment is highly sought.
• Localized knowledge of Great Lakes region healthcare system/diagnostic market is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both commercial & technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Executives to support and close sales opportunities.
• Deliver platform demonstrations and presentations to customers.
