We work with disruptive brands, big budgets, and make crazy ideas come to life! Our model is built upon the core values of Alignment and Transparency, which means that, unlike traditional agencies that win by charging huge retainers, Pilothouse wins by delivering huge results. Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need an Ecommerce Strategist to take the lead in client success and account strategy.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of paid marketing experience, with a solid track record in driving growth through various marketing channels (Meta, Tiktok, Google, etc.).
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience, ideally in an Account Manager or Strategist role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead client discussions with clarity and confidence.
  • A deep understanding of Ecommerce platforms, attribution, and pixel tracking.
  • Ability to manage client relationships with a proactive and consultative approach.
  • Experience with pricing integrity and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for service expansion and upselling, while maintaining alignment with client goals.
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to use performance data, insights, and personal marketing expertise to drive account direction.
  • Client-Focused: Confident in guiding clients, building relationships, and driving retention.
  • Team Collaboration: Works seamlessly with internal teams and Division Heads to ensure alignment and deliver results.
  • Leadership: Capable of leading and motivating executional teams to meet strategic objectives.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
  • Client Relationship & Account Strategy: Own the client relationships and ensure the execution of client strategy. Serve as the main point of contact for client calls, meetings, and day-to-day support.
  • Media Planning: Monitor account performance and direct the team to execute strategies across channels to meet targets.
  • Pricing Integrity & Contract Negotiation: Manage pricing structures, negotiate terms, and ensure service delivery is aligned with client goals.
  • Sales & Service Expansion: Collaborate with the sales team to expand services and grow client portfolios.
  • Training & Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent strategy execution and provide feedback to elevate team performance.

Whether you’re new to the advertising space or a seasoned professional, we are looking for individuals who can leave their ego at the door. Attention to detail, hustle, and the ability to manage projects are more important than experience. We welcome the weird and wacky.

Experience managing content for paid media platforms (Meta, Google, Tiktok, etc.) will be an asset, but not a requirement. If you’ve worked with Amazon and are familiar with the platform, we’d love to hear about your experience!

70,000 CAD to $150,000 CAD with variable pay, based on experience.
