A growing tech startup is looking for a Technical Recruiter to expand its engineering and product teams in a remote-first environment. Candidates should have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, exceptional sourcing skills, and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure, collaborating with hiring managers, and representing the company to attract top talent. Canals is a fully remote, profitable startup transforming the industrial supply chain ($10T industry) with AI. Our platform seamlessly integrates with the systems distributors already use, automating tedious tasks and reducing failure points in moving physical goods across the globe.
We’re a 70-person team (~45 in engineering), located across North and South America.
We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter to help scale our world‑class engineering and product teams. Our customer base — and the complexity of our platform — is expanding quickly, and we need someone who can build strong pipelines of exceptional talent to keep up.
You’ll partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to execute recruiting strategies across engineering (backend, frontend, DevOps, ML/AI) and product (design, management, and more). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, loves finding and closing top talent, and wants to play a hands‑on role in shaping a growing company.
