• Perform remote monitoring of customer fleets, focusing on telemetry, maintenance, and logistics data
• Provide engineering and systemic solutions to enhance reliability and asset availability
• Analyze equipment performance data to assess reliability and maintainability
• Implement reliability improvement programs and high-impact projects for cost reductions
• Promote systemic and behavioral reliability improvement factors across sites

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Mining, or Mechanical Engineering
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Basic mechanical knowledge; advanced knowledge is an asset
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Domain technical knowledge from manufacturing or mining sectors
• Solid understanding of the mining industry
• Ability to interpret and effectively communicate statistical data
• Applications and customer service focus
• Self-motivated and self-directed with excellent computer skills
