• Provide high-quality support to patients and healthcare providers through various communication channels
• Manage inbound calls during rotating shifts, ensuring timely and accurate assistance
• Deliver counseling to patients according to pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements
• Handle internal program clinical referrals and manage call queues as per established policy
• Report adverse events or drug reactions within the specified timeframes

• Fluently bilingual in French and English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacy, patient assistance, nursing, or customer service
• Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, 9am-9pm AST, Monday to Friday
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using computer programs and software tools (such as Excel, Word, and Outlook)

• Knowledge of health insurance and reimbursement navigation support
• Experience in a call center or patient assistance program
• University degree or diploma considered an asset
• Ability to identify opportunities for service improvement and recommend solutions
