The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Customer Care Executive who is fluent in German and English. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing excellent service, and resolving queries efficiently via voice support. • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in German and English professionally and efficiently.
• Provide support to customers by addressing inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling customer data.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to team success.

• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Prior experience in a voice process with German-speaking customers is highly preferred.
• Experience in technical support or e-commerce customer service is an added advantage.
