AGT Soileos is on a mission to support sustainable agriculture with Soileos, a pioneering micronutrient biofertilizer that enhances crop yields, improves soil health, and is non-polluting and climate positive. For our Canadian sales team, we are looking for a Sales Agronomist who can drive our growth by educating retailers and customers on the benefits of Soileos and supporting their transition to sustainable practices.
Job Overview
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Agronomist will focus on advising, educating, and building strong relationships with retail partners, agronomists, and growers to promote the adoption of Soileos across Alberta. This role will develop and support distributor and retail partnerships, working closely with customers to achieve sales targets and expand Soileos’ reach.

The salary for this role is between $65,000-70,000 CAD annually.
