Bell Canada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic global team. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while playing a key role in driving strategic business decisions. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into actionable insights and system solutions. • Partner with business units to understand their goals, processes, and challenges.

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements using interviews, workshops, and data analysis.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

• Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and propose technology-driven solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various time zones to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Support testing and validation activities, including UAT coordination and post-implementation reviews.

• Produce detailed business documentation, workflows, and reports for stakeholders and senior management.

• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend process improvements.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Strong experience in business process modeling, requirement gathering, and documentation.

• Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Advanced proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels across global teams.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

• Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments.

• Prior experience with telecom or large-scale enterprise projects is a strong asset.

• Exposure to working with distributed global teams and across time zones.

• Full-time position (40 hours/week).

• Flexible schedule to accommodate collaboration with global teams (occasional early morning or late evening meetings may be required).

• 100% remote — work from any location with stable internet access.
