Loaf Italian Restaurant is seeking Full-Time Chefs

Position Info:

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $24.00~$26.00/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 2

· Work Location: 641 2nd Avenue, Fernie, BC V0B 1M0

Job Duties:

· Establish and direct food preparation and cooking activities of the restaurant

· Organize menus and make sure that food meets quality standards

· Estimate food requirements and estimate food and labour costs

· Supervise activities of kitchen staff

· Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs

· Participate in recruiting and hiring staff

· Prepare and cook food on a regular basis

Job requirements:

· Experience:2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
