As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring an exceptional service experience from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our technicians, parts department, and management team to deliver the premium level of service our guests expect from Lexus.

sell recommended and required vehicle repair/maintenance

• serve as the liaison between the customer and automotive service technician
• explain nature of vehicle maintenance and costs
• advise customers on how to look after the vehicle and stress the importance of maintenance
• schedule appointments; contact customers with vehicle repair status updates/follow-ups
• accurately prepare repair orders and invoices

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in sales and customer handling, including:

• 3 to 5years proven experience as a Service Advisor or Sales/Customer Service Representative; automotive and/or dealership experience preferred
• Lexus or Toyota experience preferred, but not required
• Strong knowledge of automotive service operations and repair order processes
• Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS is a strong asset
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
• Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
• proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management Systems
• ability to sell vehicle maintenance
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
• ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
