Job summary
A leading financial services organization in Canada is seeking a Manager, Finance to join their team. This role is advisory-focused, dealing with complex accounting and compliance procedures. The ideal candidate will have a CPA, over 2 years of senior accounting experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of senior accounting experience.
- Big 4 public accounting experience required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure provision of accurate and complete financial reporting.
- Maintain process documentation and accounting guidance.
- Assess accounting standard changes where required.
